Basic Wash
Standard wash, $25–35
This is our everyday refresh for shoes that are dirty but in good shape. We brush off loose dirt, then hand-clean the uppers, midsoles, and laces with products suited to the material. Everything is dried slowly and naturally, so nothing warps or cracks.
- Photos
- A few clear shots (top, sides, soles, and any problem spots) let us confirm the shoe fits this service before you pay, so there are no surprises on price or results.
- Turnaround
- About 3–5 business days, including drying time. Spike test sentence.
- Pricing
- The range reflects size, material, and how dirty the pair is. A lightly worn canvas sneaker sits at the low end; heavy buildup or lots of detail work sits higher.

Premium Wash
Deep clean wash, $40–85
This tier is for pieces that need more care than a standard wash: suede and specialty materials, boots and larger shoes, white sneakers that need whitening, and handbags that need washing and conditioning. We choose the cleaning method for each material, treat stubborn stains, and condition leather so it stays soft and protected.
- Photos
- Materials react very differently to cleaning. Photos help us identify suede, nubuck, coated leather, or fabric, spot stains or discoloration that need special treatment, and record the item’s condition when it arrives.
- Turnaround
- About 5–8 business days. Suede, boots, and handbags need longer drying and conditioning time.
- Pricing
- Depends on the item type (a handbag takes more time than a sneaker), the material, the size, and the severity of the staining or discoloration.

Restoration & Conditioning
Deep cleaning & small repairs, $45–100
This is for items that need more than cleaning. Alongside a deep clean, we handle small repairs: scuffs, color matching, polishing, glue and reattaching loose parts, conditioning, and heel replacement on some pieces. Handbags receive a wash and touch-up to bring back their finish. Please note we don’t offer full cobbler services.
- Photos
- Photos are how we decide what’s repairable. We look at scuffs, peeling, loose parts, and worn edges to confirm the repair is within our scope and give you an honest quote. If something needs a cobbler, we’ll tell you before you pay.
- Turnaround
- About 7–10 business days, since repairs, color matching, and curing time can’t be rushed.
- Pricing
- Depends on how much work the piece needs: a few scuffs and a polish is a quick job, while multiple repairs, a color match, or a heel replacement takes much more time and materials.

Luxury Care
Luxury sneakers wash, $50 & up Luxury handbag, $100 & up
Designer pieces get a slower, more careful process. We start with an assessment of the material, construction, hardware, and finishes, then use gentle, specialized methods to clean and condition without damaging delicate details. Every step is done by hand.
- Photos
- Luxury items often use exotic or treated materials, special coatings, and fragile hardware. Photos (including labels, serial tags, hardware, and any damage) let us evaluate the piece and decide whether and how to proceed. Some pieces may be too delicate or damaged to treat safely, and we’ll tell you so honestly.
- Turnaround
- About 7–14 business days, depending on the piece and its condition.
- Pricing
- The “& up” pricing reflects the brand, materials, size, condition, and complexity of the piece. We confirm a final quote after reviewing your photos.

Custom Made Wash & Extras

Need something beyond cleaning and repair? We can add heel caps, new laces, new insoles, replacement hardware, or other finishing touches to any service. We source and fit the parts so your pieces come back looking and feeling complete.
- Photos
- Photos show us what needs replacing and help us match sizes and colors. For hardware and heel caps especially, a close-up helps us find the right part.
- Turnaround
- Extras add about 1–3 business days to your main service, depending on part availability.
- Pricing
- Depends on the parts needed and the time to source and install them. Each extra is quoted separately, so you only pay for what your piece needs.
