Before you book
Why are photos required?
To review the condition of the article and the viability to do the wash and restore part.
What photos should I send?
Top, sides, soles, inside, close-ups of stains, damage, and labels or hardware.
What happens if you can’t clean my item?
That’s why images get submitted beforehand, to confirm if the clean or restore is possible.
What can you clean?
Sneakers, leather shoes, boots, suede and specialty materials, handbags (including luxury and designer pieces), leather jackets, belts, and accessories. Not sure? Send us a photo and ask.
What do you consider a luxury item?
Designer pieces and anything high-value. These go through our Luxury Care service, which is priced separately.
What products and methods do you use?
Jason Markk for the most part, but also a combination of other ingredients like white vinegar, soaps, alcohol, acetone, Brasso, distilled water, etc.
Pricing and payment
How does pricing work?
Each service has a starting price range, listed on our services page. We confirm the final price after you submit images, and work starts once you approve it. Payment is due before or at drop-off.
How do I get a quote?
Email us a few clear photos and a short description of what you’d like done. We’ll reply with a price.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Because our services are labor-based, we can’t offer refunds once work has begun.
Drop-off and results
How does drop-off and pick-up work?
Email us to arrange an appointment for a meet-up, or drop off at our location. Once your piece is done, please collect it within 14 days. Storage fees may apply after that, and anything left over 60 days may be treated as abandoned.
How long does it take?
Each service lists its turnaround on our services page, from a few business days for a wash to about two weeks for luxury pieces. Drying, conditioning, and curing time can’t be rushed, so we confirm an estimate with your quote.
Do you offer rush options?
Email us to see availability. Extra fees will apply.
What’s included in a small repair?
Scuffs, color matching, polishing, gluing, conditioning, and some heel replacements. We’re not a cobbler, so we don’t do structural rebuilds or full restorations.
Will my piece look brand new?
We clean and cosmetically restore. Some flaws, like deep stains, cracks, or aged leather, may be permanent. Details are in our Terms & Care Policy.
